In contrast to conventional designs in the 550 class,the RS5 features a thickened main shaft and tail shaft with diameters of 12mm and 6mm respectively.It boasts a one-piece tail shaft and hub with a large diameter (approx 30mm) tail boom allowing for enhanced agility through its over sized swash plate assembly.
The main frame is designed in a strong cage struc-ture with thickened side panels,providing the RS5 with an unprecedented level of overall rigidity.Additionally,the newly designed streamlined canopy enhances thevisual appeal.
The RS5 is designed for mini swash servos but both mini servos and standard servos are interchangeable in the airframe without the need for replacement parts.

01.The core metal components are made from 7075 aviation-grade aluminumalloy crafted through high-precision milling processes.

02.The RS5 uses high preci-sion,high speed,and low noise bearings for all rotating components.

03.The whole helicopter uses 12.9 high-strength alloy steel screws.

04.The oversize swashplate increases cyclic pitch flexibility while the larger high-precision bearings greatly improve load-bearing capacity.Cu-tom-made high-precision link sensure smooth and fluid movements.

05.The specially designed main rotor head features a sym-metrical structure with feathering shaft teeter hinge.Precision head components machined from special materials,ensures highly accurate and stable fight performance.

06.The length of the main control pitch linkage is the same as the CCPM servo to swash linkages,all with the turn buckle threads designed for convenient tuning.The threaded depth of the links is designed to screw completely into the turn buckles,making installation and maintenance simpler.Re-inforced high-precision plastic ball links provide for higher reliability and smooth operation.
